Preparing for your Mortgage Broker or Loan Originator Exam

We highly recommend that mortgage brokers and also loan originators plan to read the state laws governing the practice of mortgage lending. For Washington State, these laws are the Mortgage Broker Practices Act, both the RCW law and WAC rules

The Mortgage Fundamentals class is a one day, live, instructor-led class designed for a brand new loan originator with no experience.  This class can be bundled together with the LO Exam Prep class and the Ethics class. 

Both the LO and Mortgage Broker exams contain 10 pre-test questions that are not counted toward the score.
