Originating FHA Loans

In this course you will learn about the creation of FHA, insuring and endorsement, upfront MIP, the transition to risk-based pricing, GNMA, payment to non-approved brokers, FHA Connection, temporary loan limits, non-traditional credit, risk assessment, insurability v. saleability, FHA 203b, FHA 203k, disclosures and forms, loan “killers,” CAIVRs, we will compare and contrast TOTAL Scorecard v. manual underwriting, and this class also provides an introduction to FHA’s 4Cs: Character, Capacity, Collateral, Capital through FHA case studies.
