By the end of the course, participants will have a solid idea of what is required for a homeowner to successfully complete a short sale and what loan originators can do to make sure the short sale approval process is forthcoming. A short sale math worksheet is also provided. We will also answer the following questions:
How can an LO minimize liability?
What are the ethical duties involved with short sales?
What steps can you take to make sure you receive your mortgage broker fee?
