In this three hour course, we will review the following federal laws: Truth in Lending, Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

This course will provide an overview of these four federal laws, their history, purpose, violations, including the most common violations, and any relevant updates to the laws.
